(2) The structural characteristics of light slurry pump and heavy slurry pump The basic structure of heavy slurry pump is double shell, with volute and front and rear pump shell, which belongs to single-stage, single-suction cantilever, horizontal, axial suction radial discharge centrifugal slurry pump. This type of pump has high manufacturing cost and complex maintenance and disassembly.
The basic structure of the lightweight slurry pump is a single shell, only volute, no pump shell, belonging to a single stage, single suction cantilever, horizontal, axial suction radial discharge centrifugal slurry pump. This type of pump has the advantages of simple structure, convenient maintenance and low manufacturing cost.
